WW Talents in Madrid, Spain, is seeking a German-speaking Account Executive to drive new business growth in the German-speaking market. The role involves full ownership of the sales cycle, outbound prospecting, and converting leads into paying subscribers.

You will join a dynamic international team, work onsite for the first five months and transition to a hybrid setup thereafter, with flexibility for occasional office presence. Relocation is not provided and candidates must reside in Spain.

Formación

• Native-level or bilingual German proficiency.
• Strong professional English communication skills.
• Based in Spain, with legal right to work in Spain.
• 1–6 years in commercial or customer-facing roles.
• Experience in sales, business development, account management or outbound prospecting is highly valued.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the full B2B sales cycle from first contact to closing.
• Prospect and engage potential clients in the German-speaking market.
• Conduct outbound calls and manage a high volume of sales activity.
• Conduct client meetings and product demonstrations; guide trials to subscriptions.
• Hit KPIs for calls, demos, conversions and revenue; hand over customers to CX after activation.
