The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of full-cycle sales experience, fluent German, and a track record of achieving sales targets. This role offers a base salary of 33,000 to 42,000 EUR with uncapped bonuses, relocation support, and modern work benefits in a dynamic SaaS environment.

What You Will Do
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
  • Build and nurture a strong pipeline through targeted outbound activity
  • Lead discovery calls and understand customer needs
  • Deliver clear, value‑focused product demos and presentations
  • Handle objections and negotiate commercial terms
  • Close mid‑market deals with typical sales cycles of 1 to 4 months
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer journey
  • Keep CRM data accurate and up to date
What You Bring
  • Fluent German and strong English
  • At least 2 years of full‑cycle sales experience (SMB or mid‑market)

Compensation and Benefits
  • Base salary between 33,000 and 42,000 EUR depending on experience
