Hiring İnternational is seeking a German-speaking Sales Onboarding Account Manager in Barcelona. The role combines onboarding new German clients with consultative sales to maximize the value of digital advertising solutions in an international team.

You will onboard clients, build strong German market relationships, and identify upsell opportunities while collaborating with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent German (C1/C2).
• Good level of English (B2 or higher).
• Experience in Sales, Account Management, Customer Success, or Digital Marketing is an advantage.

Up to €4,000 Gross Annual Performance Bonus
Total On-Target Earnings (OTE): Up to €30,000 Gross per Year

In this role, you will become the trusted advisor for new business clients, guiding them through their onboarding journey while helping them maximize the value of their digital advertising solutions.

Your Responsibilities

• Manage and onboard a portfolio of new business clients.
• Build strong relationships with customers in the German market.
• Conduct consultative outbound sales activities.
• Understand clients' business objectives and recommend tailored digital advertising solutions.
• Guide customers through the onboarding journey and ensure a seamless experience.
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
• Monitor account performance and provide optimization recommendations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and customer documentation.

Requirements

• Native or fluent German (C1/C2).
• Good level of English (B2 or higher).
• Previous experience in Sales, Account Management, Customer Success, or Digital Marketing is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Goal-oriented with a passion for sales.
• Strong relationship-building abilities.
• EU Citizenship or a valid Spanish work permit is preferred.
