Hiring İnternational is seeking a German-speaking Sales Onboarding Account Manager to join our international team in Barcelona. You will onboard new business clients and guide them through their onboarding journey while maximizing the value of our digital advertising solutions.

This hybrid role (office + remote) in Barcelona requires fluent German (C1/C2) and strong English (B2+). Base salary is €26,000 with a €4,000 performance bonus, for total OTE of up to €30,000 per year.

Formación

• Native or fluent German (C1/C2) is required.
• Good level of English (B2 or higher).
• Experience in Sales, Account Management, Customer Success, or Digital Marketing is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and onboard a portfolio of new business clients.
• Build strong relationships with customers in the German market.
• Conduct consultative outbound sales activities.
• Understand clients' business objectives and recommend tailored digital advertising solutions.
• Guide customers through the onboarding journey and ensure a seamless experience.
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
• Monitor account performance and provide optimization recommendations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and customer documentation.

Requirements

• Native or fluent German (C1/C2).

• Previous experience in Sales, Account Management, Customer Success, or Digital Marketing is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Goal-oriented with a passion for sales.
• Strong relationship-building abilities.
• EU Citizenship or a valid Spanish work permit is preferred.
