Job summary

Hiring İnternational is seeking a German-speaking Sales Onboarding Account Manager in Barcelona. In this hybrid role, you will onboard new business clients and guide them through their onboarding journey while maximizing the value of their digital advertising solutions.

You will build relationships with German market customers, conduct consultative outreach, and collaborate with teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. Fluency in German (C1/C2) and English (B2+) are required.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent German (C1/C2).
• Good level of English (B2 or higher).
• Experience in Sales/Account Management or Digital Marketing is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Onboard a portfolio of new business clients.
• Build strong relationships with customers in the German market.

Salary & Benefits

€26,000 Gross Annual Base Salary
Up to €4,000 Gross Annual Performance Bonus
Total On-Target Earnings (OTE): Up to €30,000 Gross per Year

• Manage and onboard a portfolio of new business clients.
• Build strong relationships with customers in the German market.

• Guide customers through the onboarding journey and ensure a seamless experience.
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
• Monitor account performance and provide optimization recommendations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and customer documentation.

Requirements

• Native or fluent German (C1/C2).
• Good level of English (B2 or higher).
• Previous experience in Sales, Account Management, Customer Success, or Digital Marketing is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Goal-oriented with a passion for sales.
• Strong relationship-building abilities.
• EU Citizenship or a valid Spanish work permit is preferred.
