T-Systems Iberia is seeking a Product Manager for T Cloud Public with German native proficiency. You will own a cloud product portfolio from ideation to launch, define vision and roadmap, and work with engineering, marketing, and sales to deliver compelling offerings.

The role emphasizes data-driven decisions, stakeholder collaboration, and a strong customer focus. We expect 3–5 years in IT with cloud focus, Agile experience, and fluency in English; German is a plus.

Qualifications

• Completed studies in a technical, engineering or business subject or comparable professional training.
• 3–5 years of professional IT experience, ideally with focus on modern cloud technologies.
• Proven experience as a product manager or similar role with a track record of launching and managing products.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven decision making.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and product management frameworks (Scrum, Kanban).
• Experience with product management tools such as Jira, Trello or Asana.
• Business fluent in written and spoken English; German is desirable.
• Experience in managing supplier relationships.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to launch and lifecycle monitoring.
• Define product vision, roadmap and prioritization based on customer needs and business goals.
• Collaborate with engineering to prioritize features, track progress and ensure timely delivery.
• Work with marketing on go-to-market strategies, messaging and collateral.
• Support sales with product expertise and enablement materials.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Analyze KPIs to track performance and identify improvement areas.
