The lemon Consulting in Barcelona is seeking a results-driven sales and marketing professional to lead onboarding, advisory and outbound outreach for German clients. You will drive revenue growth by upselling, manage a high-volume client base, and align campaigns with client objectives in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
• German (C2) and English proficiency.
• 2+ years sales/marketing experience.
• Regularly uses AI tools to personalize outreach.
• Deep understanding of German market and GDPR awareness.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Self-motivated, proactive and collaborative.
• Analytical ability to study market trends.

Responsabilidades

• Onboard clients and advise on PPC campaigns.
• Drive sales and revenue through outbound calls.
• Engage with the German market to identify needs.
• Manage large client portfolio and CRM data.
