Eurofirms is seeking an International Inside Sales Specialist to join a growing company supplying dance and ballet products across European markets, with a focus on Germany.

In this role you will manage the sales cycle from quotations to orders, support German clients, and coordinate with logistics, production and administration. The position is full-time (40h/week), hybrid in mid-term, with a performance-based bonus and travel opportunities.

Formación

• 1–2 years of experience in Inside Sales, Export Sales Support, or international environments.
• Advanced level of German and English (essential).
• Strong commercial mindset with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Experience in industrial or B2B environments is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Daily communication with international clients in German and English.
• Full management of the sales cycle from the office: quotes, tracking opportunities, closing orders, and managing them through the ERP system.
• Providing technical-commercial support to clients in the German market.
• Maintaining and strengthening B2B commercial relationships.
• Identifying business opportunities and supporting international market development.
• Coordinating with internal departments (logistics, production, administration).
• Occasional participation in trade fairs as support to the external sales team.
