In this role, you will partner with an assigned portfolio of new clients to help them develop their first online advertising campaigns, with the opportunity to significantly impact their business. It is a target-driven environment where you will work towards individual targets and be part of a larger onboarding team.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted consultant to onboard and develop PPC campaigns for customers
- Identify and understand customer needs and objectives
- Increase spend, upsell, and ensure sustainability
- Handle a high volume of potential clients daily through phone calls
Requirements
- BA / BS degree or equivalent (MA / MSc in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Communications is a plus)
- Minimum of 1-2 years experience in sales and/or online advertising
- Strong desire to meet or exceed productivity, readiness, sustainability, and customer satisfaction targets
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for pitching and proposals
- Good time management and organizational skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Client-focused with a keen interest in customer interaction and business goals ownership
- Team player capable of working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Native level of German
- High proficiency in English
