What You’ll Do
- Develop and close sales opportunities with new and existing customers across mid-sized accounts
- Own the full account strategy and execution, from prospecting to closing
- Qualify customer potential and identify whitespace opportunities across the full product portfolio
- Collaborate with channel partners and internal stakeholders to align account strategies
- Drive sales of PC accessories (headsets, displays, care packs) and transactional print products
- Lead solution-building efforts, engaging inside sales specialists and presales experts when needed
- Identify and engage new contacts within assigned accounts, elevating relationships across the portfolio
- Manage structured communications and strategic sequencing to maximize engagement
- Proactively hunt for opportunities in low-activity or dormant accounts
- Coordinate with technical consultants to provide expert support when required
- Lead or support project management efforts, pricing discussions, and negotiations with a focus on profitability
- Support renewals and post-sales activities, guiding cross-sell and upsell strategies to enhance customer experience
What You Bring
- Proficiency or bilingual fluency in German , with advanced English
- 13 years of experience in B2B sales, account management, or tech-related sales roles
- Proven ability to self-prospect via cold outreach using multiple contact tools
- Strong relationship-building skills with decision-makers and stakeholders
- Experience navigating complex organizations to uncover growth opportunities
- Ability to lead meetings with IT and procurement teams
- Business acumen to develop long-term strategies and identify key challenges
- Analytical mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Comfort managing end-to-end sales processes for both transactional and contractual deals
- Passion for technology, customer success, and working in a multicultural environment
