Purpose of the role

As a member of the TP team, you will be working on outbound leads to acquire new advertisers for Local Services Ads.

You will become a digital consultant, advising them on their digital advertising strategy, with the opportunity of having a significant impact on their business. It is a target driven environment, where you will work towards individual sales targets as well as being part of a larger sales team responsible for increasing the Client customer base across EMEA.

Your responsibilities
  • Achieve a minimum number of interactions (phone call and / or emails) per day
  • Qualify inbound leads and manage a structured sales pipeline.
  • Understand business needs and align product offerings accordingly.
  • Guide clients through onboarding and verification processes.
  • Develop expertise in regional onboarding requirements.
  • Support businesses in submitting accurate documentation.
  • Troubleshoot and elevate issues as needed.
  • Adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
Requirements
  • C2 level of German and a C1 level of English (both written and spoken).
  • At least 2 years of experience in similar fields: sales, recruiting, customer-facing role
  • Experience in call center or sales-driven environments.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational habits.
  • Clear and structured communicator.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and deliver quality work.
  • Proficiency in Google Docs / Sheets or Microsoft Word / Excel.
  • Capable of working independently.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business preferred.
  • Team collaboration experience.
  • Awareness of home services sectors.
