Ready to elevate your career and join a fast-growing team in the digital world?Join our dynamic team at TP Spain in vibrant Barcelona and work on an exciting project with Digital Marketing Ads — a game-changing tool for businesses everywhere!Purpose of the role : As a member of the TP team, you will be working on outbound leads to acquire new advertisers for Local Services Ads.You will become a digital consultant, advising them on their digital advertising strategy, with the opportunity of having a significant impact on their business. It is a target driven environment, where you will work towards individual sales targets as well as being part of a larger sales team responsible for increasing the Client customer base across EMEA.

Responsibilities
  • Achieve a minimum number of interactions (phone call and / or emails) per day
  • Qualify inbound leads and manage a structured sales pipeline
  • Understand business needs and align product offerings accordingly
  • Guide clients through onboarding and verification processes
  • Develop expertise in regional onboarding requirements
  • Support businesses in submitting accurate documentation
  • Troubleshoot and elevate issues as needed
  • Adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced work environment
Requirements
  • C2 level of German and a C1 level of English (both written and spoken)
  • At least 2 years of experience in similar fields: sales, recruiting, customer-facing role
  • Experience in call center or sales-driven environments
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational habits
  • Clear and structured communicator
  • Ability to meet deadlines and deliver quality work
  • Proficiency in Google Docs / Sheets or Microsoft Word / Excel
  • Capable of working independently
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business preferred
  • Team collaboration experience
  • Awareness of home services sectors
