CrowdFarming is seeking a customer service representative in Madrid to handle inquiries in German, Spanish, and English. You will explain our direct-trade philosophy, resolve delivery issues, and represent the brand with a high standard of service. The role blends farming context with everyday customer interactions.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year in CS, and experience in sales/logistics/e-commerce, with the ability to work weekends on a rotating basis. Join a sustainability-focused team in Madrid.

Formación

• German at native level with good Spanish and English skills.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience.
• Professional experience in sales, logistics, agriculture, or e-commerce.
• Ability to work independently while also being a strong team player.
• Flexibility, ambition, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Availability to work 8 hours per day, 5 days a week, from Monday to Sunday.
• Weekend work approximately once every 5 weeks; compensatory days off are provided.

Responsabilidades

• Handle customer inquiries by phone, email, and social media regarding orders, transportation, and the CrowdFarming philosophy.
• Explain how CrowdFarming works and the importance of direct trade to customers.
• Resolve delivery delays, damaged goods, and outstanding questions.
• Represent CrowdFarming to customers and ensure a high standard of customer service.
• Experience the daily surprises and challenges of farming.
