Role Overview:

As an Account Manager Executive, you’ll partner with key stakeholders to manage sales pipelines, identify new opportunities, and support strategic deal closures. Based in Spain, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, monitor partner marketing initiatives, and help drive significant business results — all while nurturing long-term, high-value relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and develop the partner pipeline, identifying new business opportunities and securing profitable deal closures.
  • Analyze partner market trends and competitive landscapes to evaluate reseller engagement and potential.
  • Build partner loyalty and encourage engagement through training, competencies, and certifications.
  • Ensure partners maximize the benefits of promotions, events, and incentive programs.
  • Collaborate with partners to increase revenue through campaigns, lead generation, and other strategic initiatives.
  • Identify, qualify, and support the closing of opportunities — including assisting partners in high‑value deal negotiations.
  • Work closely with telemarketing, end‑user sales, and internal teams to optimize revenue and ensure partner satisfaction.
  • Monitor the execution of partner marketing plans, including budget allocation, co‑marketing activities, and ROI tracking.
  • Participate in country‑level partner events to build and strengthen strategic relationships.
Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in German (C2 level)
  • Proficiency in English (C1 level)
  • EU Citizenship or Spanish residency card
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in B2B Sales
  • Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills
  • A passion for client relationships and a desire to learn and grow in the industry
