Oak Street Health is seeking a Primary Care Physician in Greensboro, NC to provide equitable value-based care for local Medicare populations within our network of neighborhood primary care centers. You will operate in a center with a large care team to focus on outcome-driven care, preventive medicine, and an unmatched patient experience.

New graduates are encouraged to apply, and experienced candidates may be considered for Center Medical Director roles.

Formación

• MD or DO graduate.
• Board certification (or eligible) required.
• Active, non-probationary, unrestricted State License required.
• Active DEA license required.
• US work authorization required.

Responsabilidades

• Assess and diagnose patients at local clinics.
• Oversee, direct and administer primary care.
• Prescribe and administer pharmaceutical treatments and medications.
• Maintain Patient Electronic Medical Record data.
• Collaborate with regional and central leadership to meet health quality goals.
• Work with Practice Managers to direct and manage the center care team.
• Other duties as assigned.
