Oak Street Health is seeking a Primary Care Physician to provide equitable, value-based healthcare to local Medicare populations at our neighborhood primary care centers in Greensboro, NC. Our team-based model supports clinicians to focus on outcomes and preventive care.

As a full-time physician, you’ll diagnose and treat patients, manage medications, and collaborate with leadership to meet quality goals. Board certification or eligibility, an active license, and US work authorization are

Formación

• MD or DO required; board certification or eligibility.
• Active, unrestricted State Medical License.
• Active DEA license.
• US work authorization

Responsabilidades

• Assess and diagnose patients at Oak Street Health clinics.
• Oversee primary care and lead care teams.
• Prescribe medications and manage treatments.
• Maintain Patient Electronic Medical Record data via canopy and greenway.
• Collaborate with leadership to meet health quality goals.
• Work with Practice Managers to direct center care team.
• Other duties as assigned
