Ferrovial seeks an intern to join its Artificial Intelligence Center of Excellence within the Digital Hub. You will work alongside Data Scientists and AI Engineers, contributing to the design, development and integration of intelligent agents and AI-powered applications.

The role emphasizes Python, API integration, and enterprise-system collaboration. The ideal candidate is a student in CS/AI/Data Science, eager to learn, collaborative, and proficient in English, with solid Python and REST

Formación

• Pursuing Bachelor’s or Master’s in a technical field such as CS, AI, data science, software engineering.
• Solid Python development basics: modular code, debugging, testing, data structures.
• Familiarity with REST APIs, JSON and integrating external services or data sources.
• Experience building Generative AI apps or prototypes with LLM APIs (academic or internship).
• Knowledge of agent/LLM frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LangGraph, LangGraph) and eagerness to learn more.
• Understanding of Generative AI concepts: prompts, embeddings, vector search, RAG, tool use, and orchestration.
• Basic Git and collaboration practices.
• Awareness of cloud platforms (Azure or others) is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Support development of Generative AI apps and agent-based solutions from concept to prototype.
• Build Python components and services enabling agents to interact with data, APIs, and business systems.
• Experiment with agent orchestration frameworks and LLM APIs, prompts, tools, and RAG techniques.
• Assist in analyzing business use cases, requirements, and data availability.
• Conduct small experiments to assess new AI models, frameworks, and patterns.
• Collaborate with Data Scientists and Engineers to integrate AI into scalable products.
• Contribute to ML/DL/vision initiatives where relevant.
• Document solutions and communicate results to teams and users.
• Participate in Digital Hub events and knowledge-sharing activities.
