Ferrovial is seeking a driven professional to advance Open Innovation initiatives and manage automation workflows. You will scout deep- tech opportunities, curate dealflow, and maintain investor portfolios within our SRM CRM while collaborating across construction, toll roads, airports, energy and data center domains.

You will design low-code automations and AI agents using Python, Power Automate, n8n, Copilot Studio, and Airtable, contributing to faster decision making and larger-scale impact.

Formación

• Strong analytical and mathematical skills, with the ability to research and synthesize technology and market information.
• Excellent communication abilities.
• Creativity with an interest in new technologies.
• Advanced user level in MS Office 365.

Responsabilidades

• Support in startup and technology scouting, including in-depth research on deep-tech areas and assessing TRL maturity.
• Design, development and maintenance of low-code automations and AI workflows to streamline dealflow sourcing and reporting.
• Assist in redefining Ferrovial's Open Innovation funnel and increase efficiency, speed and scalability with automation and AI agents.
• Manage and update the startup and investor portfolio in SRM CRM with data enrichment and reporting.
• Organize corporate venturing programs and coordinate relationships with venture funds.
• Support ecosystem events participation and reporting, mapping innovation ecosystems in specific cities.
• Create communication content about ecosystem activities (news, blog posts, newsletters, social media).
