Job summary

Alan in Spain is seeking general practitioners for remote medicine via video consultations, delivering high-quality medical advice while supporting AI-driven care. You will also participate in medical reviews of Mo, our AI health companion.

Qualified candidates hold a Spain-valid medical degree (MIR or equivalent), active registration with the colegiados, and telemedicine liability cover, with autonomous practice. Fluent Spanish is essential; English is a plus. Flexible hours from 5+ per week.

• Active registration with Colegio Oficial de Médicos.
• Professional liability insurance covering telemedicine.
• Self-employed status (autónomo) and currently practising in a medical centre.
• Fluent Spanish; English a strong plus.
• Available to work at least 5 hours per week.
• At least 2 years of clinical work experience.
• Interest in bringing AI into patient care and practice.

Responsibilities

What you'll do

• Run video consultations with our members and give them clear, high-quality medical advice
• Help with the medical review of Mo, our AI health companion, so its answers stay accurate and safe
• Share your clinical expertise to help shape how AI is used in patient care

Who we're looking for

We're hiring general practitioners who are comfortable with remote medicine and keen to join our video consultation team.

• Medical degree valid in Spain, with the family medicine specialty (MIR) or an equivalent recognised title
• Active registration with a Colegio Oficial de Médicos (colegiado) and valid work permit
• Professional liability insurance that covers telemedicine (seguro de responsabilidad civil)
• Working as a self-employed doctor (autñomo)
• Currently practising in a medical centre
• Fluent Spanish (fluent English is a strong plus)
• Available at least 5 hours a week, on flexible hours and different days
• 2 years of work experience (previous experience with Video-consultation is a plus)
• Excited about bringing AI into your practice
