What are we looking for?

• Extensive experience in the General Manager (Head of Studio) role within the free-to-play industry, preferably in Live Games, with at least 15 years of experience.
• Outstanding analytical skills with a data-driven approach and the ability to set measurable goals.
• Exceptional communication skills, capable of leading multidisciplinary teams in Game Design, Development, Art, Marketing, and Analytics.
• Passionate about creating innovative, fun, and engaging games, and committed to elevating the industry standards.
• Knowledgeable about industry trends, design paradigms, business models, and go-to-market strategies.
• Creative thinker capable of generating multiple ideas and solutions to diverse challenges.
• Team player who values transparency, honesty, and humility.
