Capitole, a growing HR technology leader, seeks a hands-on Machine Learning Engineer to ship GenAI/NLP models to production in Python. You will work shoulder-to-shoulder with a small squad on 3–4 projects, owning technical solutions end-to-end and applying solid coding practices such as Git, PRs, CI/CD, and Docker.

The role emphasizes production-grade, structured Python development, embeddings, evaluation metrics beyond accuracy, and real-world NLP/GenAI deployments with scalable pipelines.

Formación

• 3–5 years building production AI/ML features
• Experience delivering NLP/GenAI projects
• Strong Python and production-grade software practices
