OLIVER in Madrid seeks a Content Creator & Community Manager to lead the pulse of our brands in the digital space. You will transform strategy into flawless execution, engaging with Gen Z across TikTok, Instagram and X, while collaborating with a team of creatives and editors.

The role emphasizes real-time content, social listening, and proactive ideas in a hybrid Madrid office setting, with 2–3 years in mass consumer or beverage brands and strong Spanish/English writing skills.

Formación

• Native-level proficiency in Spanish and English
• 2–3 years in similar roles (agency or client-side)
• Deep knowledge of digital culture and social trends
• Ability to edit quick-response content (CapCut, Premiere Rush) and design basics (Canva, Photoshop)
• Strong writing and tone adaptation across brands
• Excellent organizational skills and calendar management

Responsabilidades

• Own the content calendar implementation to ensure timely, high-quality posts
• Monitor social platforms daily to identify conversations and trends
• Create real-time content (reels, stories, event coverage) with autonomy
• Moderate communities and foster brand loyalty through creative responses
• Collaborate with design/video teams to translate trends into content
• Keep assets, calendars and performance reports organized
