A leading automotive company in Murcia, Spain is seeking a Finance Manager to lead local compliance implementation and manage the finance team. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, a minimum of 5 years of experience, and knowledge of local financial standards. Proficiency in English and SAP is preferred, along with strong analytical and communication skills.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years working experience preferably in Multinational Companies or Big 4.
• Good knowledge of IFRS is a must.
• Automotive industry experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead local compliance implementation and report identified business risks.
• Manage local finance team and train finance staff.
• Oversee accounting daily operations and ensure timely closure of accounts.

Job Descriptions：

1. 1.Lead the local compliance implement for Local entity and report any implement activities or business risks identified.
2. 2.Manage local finance team and train local finance staff.
3. 3. Assist the head of finance department in finance matters to ensure an effective management of the financial resources according to our company’s procedures.
4. 4. Manage day to day finance operations and oversee accounting daily operations including communication of issues and opportunities to management.
5. 5. Execute month end, quarter and year end closing activities (prepare journal entries and all account reconciliation) to ensure timely and accurate closure of accounts in compliance with company policies and statutory regulations.
6. 6. Assist the development of financial and accounting system.
7. 7. Supervise, monitor and problem solving the day-to-day work.
8. 8. In charge of annual audit schedule to support Group and statutory audit.
9. 9. Liaise with both internal and external parties (e.g., government, auditors, and regulators) for finance related and compliance matters.
10. 10. Undertake ad-hoc assignment as and when required by the management team.

Requirements：

1. 1. Bachelor degree in Accounting / Finance.
2. 2. At least 5 years working experience preferably in Multinational Companies or Big 4 experience is a plus. /
3. 3. Good knowledge of Local financial standards and IFRS is a must.
4. 5. Proficient in English and Spanish is a plus.
5. 6. Proficient in MS applications.
