Job summary

Airswift seeks a Project Lead in Madrid for a nine-month contract to oversee a major gas processing plant project. The role emphasizes safe execution, schedule and budget control, and cross-disciplinary coordination across engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning teams.

Ideal candidates bring extensive oil and gas project delivery experience in large-capital, onshore/offshore environments and a strong ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and interfaces with EPC contractors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction, Project Management, or a related discipline
• Extensive EPC experience across FEED, detailed engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning and start-up
• Strong oil and gas project delivery background in complex industrial environments
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and managing large capital projects (US$100M+)

Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle delivery from FEED through commissioning and handover
• Coordinate across engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning teams
• Develop execution plans, baselines, cost estimates, resource plans and risk registers
• Ensure strong HSE leadership, schedule adherence and budget performance
