IGT PlayDigital is seeking a seasoned Game Math Manager to lead the math team and drive the creation of game mechanics that elevate player experiences. You will oversee the design, testing, and tuning of math models across multiple projects while ensuring performance, balance, and regulatory alignment.

The role requires leadership, deep game-math expertise, and strong collaboration with design, engineering, and production teams in a fast-growing, international environment.

Formación

• 5-7 years of experience in game mathematics or related roles with leadership
• Experience in iGaming and understanding of game performance drivers
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proven ability to lead teams and deliver successful game math models

Overview

Employment type: Full-time position through employment contract.

At IGT PlayDigital, we design and build mobile and web casino games played by millions of players worldwide. We’re looking for a seasoned Game Math Manager to lead the math team within our PlayDigital studio in Poland and drive the creation of game mechanics that elevate player experiences.

What You Will Do

• Lead and manage a team of game mathematicians
