The role involves ensuring secure digital solutions through project coordination, agile methodologies, and effective communication. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in IT or related fields, with over 3 years of experience in software testing or project management. The position allows for hybrid work, with 1-2 days in the office per week.

Formación

• 3+ years in Software Testing or project management activities.
• Knowledge and extensive practical experience in project management office.
• Practical experience with agile methodologies (SAFe, Scrum, Kanban).

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate training activities.
• Create reports and presentations for management and stakeholders.

Are you passionate about quality and precision in software delivery? Join a Functional Testing team at one of the largest financial institutions in Portugal and play a key role in ensuring reliable, secure, and user‑ready digital solutions.

Main Responsabilities :

• Conducting onboarding / offboarding of employees
• Coordination of training activities
• Planning, preparation, execution, and moderation of meetings
• Creation of project and time plans
• Preparation of project milestone overviews
• Support with procurement tasks
• Maintenance of project documentation in tools such as Confluence and Jira
• Creation of reports and presentations for management and stakeholders
• Support in communication between project members

Qualifications

️ Your Skills :

• Knowledge and extensive practical experience in project management office
• Practical experience with agile methodologies (SAFe, Scrum, Kanban)
• Good knowledge of Jira and Confluence
• Strong MS Office skills (including MS Project)
• Strong team skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, also in an international context
• Knowledge in banking / payment systems

Must have

oEducational Background : Bachelor's degree in IT or economics, finance

oExperience : 3+ years in Software Testing (project management activities are also valid)

Appreciated

First professional experience in the field of project management

Additional Information
