Midea Europe, Madrid, seeks a Business Applications Functional Analyst to ensure enterprise applications align with strategic objectives and operational requirements, translating business needs into functional specifications and guiding software implementations.

You will support EU ERP rollout, drive continuous ERP improvements, manage requirements, coordinate with Group IT, and create full documentation to enable user adoption across Europe.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in science, computer science, business, information technology or related field.
• Strong analytical and communication skills with ability to bridge business and IT.
• Experience with ERP systems, data analysis, and database concepts is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Support EU ERP rollout across European sites and coordinate with project managers.
• Drive ERP operation, maintenance and continuous improvement of business processes.
• Gather, document and validate business requirements; translate needs into functional specifications for development teams.
• Coordinate with Group IT development teams to implement solutions and conduct testing.
• Create and maintain project documentation including functional designs and user manuals.
• Provide end-user training and support to ensure successful application adoption across Europe.

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Business Applications Functional Analyst is responsible for ensuring that business applications meet the strategic objectives and operational requirements of the organization, translating business needs into functional specifications and ensuring the successful implementation of software solutions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support EU ERP Rollout: Support ERP project promotion and deployment across European sites, master business knowledge and system functions in at least one business domain, and coordinate with business project managers to oversee project implementation.
• ERP Continuous Improvement: Be responsible for ERP system operation and maintenance after project go-live, and drive continuous improvement of business processes and system functions.
• Business Requirement Management: Analyze and optimize business processes; collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and validate requirements; translate business needs into clear functional specifications for development teams.
• Solution Delivery: Coordinate with Group IT development teams to implement solutions, and conduct testing to ensure solutions meet specified requirements.
• Documentation Management: Create and maintain complete project documentation, including functional design documents, process flowcharts, and user manuals.
• User Adoption Support: Provide end-user training and support to ensure successful application adoption.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

• Education: a bachelor’s degree in science, computer science, Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Skills: Strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of both business operations and information technology.
• Experience: Previous experience in a similar role, with knowledge of ERP systems, database systems, and data analysis.
• Language: Fluent in both Spanish and English. Command of the Chinese or German or Italian language is highly desirable.
