A SportsTech startup is seeking a Full Stack Developer to join their team. In this role, you will build and launch full-stack features, connect backend and AI APIs, and manage infrastructure. Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of experience, strong skills in JavaScript, TypeScript, React, and Node.js, and a passion for sports. This part-time, equity-based position offers significant growth potential and the chance to work closely with the founder on innovative AI projects.

About Drillia

Drillia is a Switzerland-based SportsTech startup founded by Sports professionals and former athletes.

We are building the next generation of AI-powered tools for coaches and players.

We are now looking for a hands-on Full Stack Developer to join early, help shape our MVPs, and grow into a core technical role.

What you will do

Build and launch full-stack features for Drillia’s platform (marketplace, player dashboards, AI modules).

Connect backend and AI APIs (e.g. OpenAI, Whisper, Mistral).

Manage infrastructure (AWS / Firebase) and optimise data flow.

Work closely with the founder and 2–3 interns (frontend, backend, AI).

You bring

• 1–3 years in full-stack development
• Solid JS / TS, React, Node.js, and API experience
• Startup mindset: autonomous, fast, and pragmatic
