Avenue Code in Spain is seeking senior professionals with a generalist profile, strong backend with Node.js, and solid React frontend experience to own product initiatives end-to-end.

You will develop features independently, contribute to architecture, and collaborate in a small, autonomous squad within a SaaS context, balancing speed, quality and sustainability.

Flexibility to work on-site or hybrid as appropriate, with emphasis on independence and clear communication.

• Act with end-to-end ownership, from understanding the problem to production delivery.
• Contribute primarily to the backend, with deep expertise in Node.js, and also to the frontend with React when necessary.
• Participate in architectural decisions, technical design, and the definition of implementation approaches.
• Collaborate within a SaaS product context, balancing delivery speed, quality, and technical sustainability.
• Operate with a high degree of autonomy in a small, senior squad that is highly accountable for its deliveries.
• Work closely with the team and the product context to ensure smooth integration and efficient execution.

We are looking for senior professionals with a generalist profile, strong depth in backend development with Node.js, and solid experience in frontend with React, to act with end-to-end ownership on relevant product initiatives. The expectation is that this team can operate with independence, speed, and quality, delivering new features without creating alignment overhead for the current team.
