Digital55 busca un Ingeniero de Software Senior Full Stack para un rol 100% remoto. Se valoran 5+ años de experiencia en desarrollo web, con fuerte backend (Node.js/Express, Python/Django) y frontend (React/Angular/Vue).

Trabajarás con bases de datos SQL/NoSQL, diseñarás APIs escalables y colaborarás estrechamente con PM y UX para translating requisitos en soluciones técnicas. Se ofrece salario competitivo y opciones de stock, con horario flexible.

Qualifications

• 5+ años de experiencia en desarrollo web full-stack.
• Formación universitaria o experiencia equivalente.
• Experiencia en backend (Node.js/Express, Python/Django/Flask, Java/Spring).
• Conocimientos sólidos de frontend (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript y React/Angular/Vue).

Responsibilities

• Diseñar, desarrollar, probar y desplegar servicios backend escalables.
• Construir interfaces de usuario intuitivas y responsivas.

• Colaborar con PMs y diseñadores para convertir requisitos en especificaciones técnicas.
• Implementar y mantener pipelines CI/CD para pruebas y despliegue automatizados.
• Escribir código limpio, mantenible y bien documentado.
• Depurar y resolver problemas complejos en toda la pila tecnológica.
• Participar en revisiones de código para asegurar calidad.
• Contribuir a decisiones arquitectónicas.

About the Role

Somos una empresa SaaS en rápido crecimiento especializada en soluciones cloud innovadoras. Buscamos un Ingeniero de Software Senior Full Stack que se una a nuestro equipo completamente remoto.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy robust and scalable backend services using Node.js, Python, or similar.
• Build intuitive and responsive user interfaces using modern frontend frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Work with databases (SQL and NoSQL) to design schemas and optimize queries.
• Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate requirements into technical specifications.
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across the stack.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and knowledge sharing.
• Contribute to architectural discussions and technical decision-making.
• Mentor junior developers and foster a culture of continuous learning.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack web development.
• Proven expertise in backend development (Node.js, Express.js, Python, Django/Flask, Java/Spring).
• Strong proficiency in frontend technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and a modern framework like React, Angular, Vue.js).
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Solid understanding of relational and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB).
• Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a remote team.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
