Explore Group is seeking a Full Stack Product Engineer to ideate, architect, and scale our enterprise AI platform for technical commercial teams in manufacturing. You will own both frontend and backend work, shaping product strategy, backend architecture, cloud infrastructure, and UI design to deliver customer value.

We value practical builders with startup experience who can move fast, ship robust software, and leverage AI tooling to boost engineering output.

Formación

• Production software delivery across frontend and backend.

Responsabilidades

• Architect, ship, and maintain scalable full-stack features from initial scoping through to deployment.
• Design robust Python backends, data models, APIs, and background processing engines.
• Build responsive, intuitive frontend interfaces with high attention to user experience and interface clarity.
• Take direct ownership of platform infrastructure, cloud environments, CI/CD pipelines, and observability.
• Leverage modern AI coding agents and LLM tooling to increase engineering output and solve high-value product problems.

We are an enterprise AI platform designed specifically for technical commercial teams within industrial manufacturing. Our customers produce mission critical components, from transformers to nuclear facility hardware, and rely on our software to navigate multi-million euro project tenders daily.

The business is fully bootstrapped, profitable, and financed entirely through organic revenue and positive cash flow, already supporting over 20 mid-market industrial manufacturers.

The Opportunity

We are searching for an entrepreneurial Full Stack Product Engineer to ideate, architect, and scale the platform end to end. This is not a task-taker position; you will have genuine autonomy across product strategy, backend architecture, cloud infrastructure, and user interface design.

The challenge sits at the intersection of deep engineering and commercial pragmatism: building clean abstractions to onboard complex manufacturers in days rather than months, engineering backends that process vast technical specifications seamlessly, and crafting interfaces that sales teams adopt instantly.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect, ship, and maintain scalable full-stack features from initial scoping through to deployment.
• Design robust Python backends, data models, APIs, and background processing engines built to handle hundreds of pages of complex technical documentation.
• Build responsive, intuitive frontend interfaces with high attention to user experience and interface clarity.
• Take direct ownership of platform infrastructure, cloud environments, CI/CD pipelines, and observability.
• Leverage modern AI coding agents and LLM tooling to increase engineering output and solve high-value product problems.
