Avance Consulting is seeking a strong Full Stack Software Engineer to own features end-to-end—from design to delivery—working closely with Product and Design teams. You’ll build scalable back-end services in Go and modern front-end features with React/Next.js, writing clean, tested code in an Agile environment.

The role emphasizes ownership, problem solving, and clear communication across engineers, product, and stakeholders.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Strong Go/Golang experience and backend design knowledge.
• Strong React/Next.js experience with TypeScript.

We’re looking for a strong Full Stack Software Engineer who enjoys building scalable products, solving real engineering problems, and working closely with Product and Design teams. This is a hands‑on individual contributor role where you’ll have the opportunity to own features end‑to‑end — from technical design to development, testing, and delivery.

What you’ll be working on

• Build and deliver high-quality back-end and front-end features across web platforms.
• Design and develop reliable, scalable, and maintainable services.
• Contribute to technical design, architecture, and implementation decisions.

Must-have technical skills

• Backend – Go/Golang
• Strong professional experience with Go/Golang
