Avance Consulting is seeking a Full Stack Engineer skilled in Go on the backend and React on the frontend to build high-quality features across web platforms.

You will design scalable services, contribute to architecture decisions, and collaborate with Product and Design teams to translate ideas into working solutions, while maintaining strong testing discipline.

Formación

• Strong professional experience with Go/Golang.
• Goroutines, channels and concurrency.
• Microservices architecture experience.
• REST APIs design and implementation.
• gRPC and/or net/http usage.
• Strong backend/system design knowledge.
• Go database experience with SQL, pgx, sqlx or GORM.
• Go testing and unit testing practices.
• Strong hands-on React experience.
• Experience with Next.js or React Native.
• TypeScript proficiency.
• React Hooks usage.

Responsabilidades

• Build and deliver high-quality back-end and front-end features across web platforms.
• Design and develop reliable, scalable, and maintainable services.

What you\'ll be working on

• Build and deliver high-quality back-end and front-end features across web platforms.
• Design and develop reliable, scalable, and maintainable services.
• Contribute to technical design, architecture, and implementation decisions.
• Work closely with Product Managers and Designers to turn ideas into working solutions.

Must-have technical skills

Backend – Go/Golang

• Strong professional experience with Go/Golang
• Goroutines, channels and concurrency
• Microservices
• REST APIs
• gRPC and/or net/http
• Strong understanding of backend/system design
• Go database experience with SQL + Go, pgx, sqlx or GORM
• Go testing / unit testing

Frontend – React

• Strong hands-on experience with React
• React + Next.js OR React Native
• TypeScript
• React Hooks
• API integration
• Experience building and supporting production-grade UIs

Testing

Experience with one or more of:

• Jest
• Vitest
• React Testing Library
• Cypress
• Playwright
• E2E Testing

Nice to have

• Experience with distributed systems or high-traffic applications
• Experience working with data-intensive platforms
• Experience integrating third-party video conferencing platforms through APIs/SDKs
