Impala Search Ltd is seeking a Senior Full-Stack Engineer with a frontend focus to build customer and dealer-facing products using React and Next.js, while owning APIs and backend services to deliver features end-to-end.

Join a data-driven mobility platform expanding across multiple markets, currencies and languages, contributing to frontend performance, SEO and accessibility across the stack.

Formación

• 5+ years of full-stack development with frontend focus.
• Strong experience with React.js, Next.js and TypeScript.
• Proficient in HTML5, CSS3 and Tailwind CSS.
• Professional Python experience with FastAPI, Django or Flask.
• Strong REST API knowledge.
• Ownership across frontend and backend features.
• SEO and accessibility experience.
• Excellent English communication.

Responsabilidades

• Build and evolve customer-facing booking experiences and internal dealer management tools.
• Develop modern web applications using React, Next.js and TypeScript.
• Take ownership of features across the stack, from frontend interfaces through APIs and data.
• Extend and maintain Python-based backend services when features require changes beyond the frontend.
• Improve frontend performance, SEO and accessibility across the platform.
• Work on API reliability, data correctness and backend touchpoints supporting customer-facing functionality.
• Build solutions across multiple markets, currencies and languages.
• Collaborate with product, design and engineering teams on technical decisions and product development.
• Contribute to the evolution of the technology stack as the platform expands internationally.

Our client is transforming the car rental industry through an asset-light, data-driven platform that helps dealerships and workshops turn idle vehicles into new revenue streams. With 650+ locations across Europe and the US, their marketplace connects vehicle supply with customer demand while supporting expansion into new international markets. They\'re now scaling the technology behind a growing mobility platform operating across multiple countries, currencies and languages.

Role Overview

You\'ll join as a Senior Full-Stack Engineer with a frontend focus, building customer and dealer-facing products with React and Next.js while also owning the APIs and backend services needed to deliver features end-to-end.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and evolve customer-facing booking experiences and internal dealer management tools.
• Develop modern web applications using React, Next.js and TypeScript.
• Take ownership of features across the stack, from frontend interfaces through APIs and data.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-stack development experience, with a strong focus on frontend engineering.
• Strong experience with React.js, Next.js and TypeScript.
• Solid knowledge of HTML5, CSS3 and Tailwind CSS.
• Professional experience working with Python and familiarity with backend frameworks such as FastAPI, Django or Flask.
• Strong understanding of REST API integration and design.
• Comfortable taking ownership of features across frontend and backend layers.
• Good understanding of SEO, frontend performance optimisation and accessibility.
• Strong spoken and written English communication skills.

Nice to have:

• Experience with Storyblok or another headless CMS.
• React Native development experience.
• Experience working with SQL databases and more advanced API design.
• Background in automotive, mobility or marketplace technology.
• Experience using AI development tools such as Copilot, Cursor or Claude as part of your engineering workflow.
