Talent Connect Limited is seeking a Hands-on Full Stack Developer with strong Java and Spring Boot capabilities to contribute across the software delivery lifecycle in a large-scale banking environment.

You will design and implement Java microservices, build RESTful APIs, and support observability with Dynatrace and Kibana. The role includes CI/CD work, on-call rotation, and collaboration with multiple teams. Hybrid work in Madrid/Barcelona/Málaga/Logroño, with remote options across Spain.

Formación

• We are seeking a hands-on Java/Spring Boot developer with experience in microservices and cloud-native platforms.
• Strong background in relational databases and SQL performance analysis is required.
• Experience with observability/monitoring tools and production support is preferred.

Responsabilidades

About The Role

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer with strong experience in Java and Spring Boot, capable of contributing across the full software delivery lifecycle within a large-scale international banking environment.

The role combines backend development, CI/CD, cloud-native platforms, observability, database performance analysis, and production support responsibilities within a highly collaborative engineering ecosystem.

This is a hands-on technical role with exposure to modern microservices architectures and cloud environments.

What you’ll do

• Design, develop, and maintain Java/Spring Boot microservices
• Build and maintain RESTful APIs
• Write and maintain automated test suites using Cucumber
• Build and improve CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions
• Collaborate with infrastructure and database teams to resolve performance bottlenecks
• Monitor applications and troubleshoot production issues using Dynatrace and Kibana
• Create and present release implementation plans to technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Participate in a 24x7 on-call rotation shared across the team
