Alan is building AI-driven customer support systems to serve over 1M members. You will develop scalable software powering AI agents and the cockpit that enables experts to take over and enrich service.

You will mentor junior engineers, collaborate with product and design teams, and contribute to the long-term direction of the platform, while maintaining high-quality, maintainable code.

Formación

• 5+ years building scalable software systems.
• Full‑stack capability (backend & frontend).
• Strong problem-solving, turning complex problems into elegant solutions.
• Curiosity, humility, and willingness to grow at any seniority.
• Interest in healthcare tech and understanding that insurance is access to care.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain scalable software systems powering AI-driven customer support.
• Build the cockpit and tooling for experts to supervise, route requests, surface context, and draft responses.
• Collaborate with product and design teams to translate requirements into high-quality, maintainable code.
• Mentor junior engineers and influence product direction.
