Mondelz Digital Services seeks an AI Engineer / Full Stack Developer to join the AI Reporting & Insights squad in Madrid and beyond. You will design and implement data pipelines, AI/ML models, and full stack apps (Python, React/Next.js) that turn market data into decision-ready insights for stakeholders worldwide.

• Strong Python proficiency and production-grade software experience.
• Experience in one or more of: full stack, AI/ML engineering, or data engineering; willingness to expand.
• Hands-on with AWS and Databricks (Spark, Delta Lake, Unity Catalog).
• Experience with LLMs and generative AI, including RAG or prompt engineering.
• Familiarity with React/Next.js and API design (REST, GraphQL).
• Understanding of data modeling and ETL/ELT processes at scale.
• Solid software engineering fundamentals: Git, testing, CI/CD, Docker, Terraform.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, and maintain data pipelines ingesting and transforming market data.
• Develop and deploy AI/ML models and RAG workflows.
• Build full stack applications (APIs, backend, UI) using Python and React/Next.js.
• Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting for pipelines, models and apps.
• Collaborate with Product, Data Science and Business stakeholders to translate requirements.
• Contribute to platform architecture decisions including IaC (Terraform) and Docker-based deployments.
• Write clean, tested code and participate in code reviews and sprints.
