Amazon is inviting students to join our Operations Internship program across Spain, starting January 2027. You will work on high-priority projects in Fulfillment, Sortation, and Delivery stations, applying analytics to improve efficiency and service.

This on-site program emphasizes teamwork and hands-on experience with leadership and frontline teams. We offer learning sessions, relocation support, and a competitive monthly salary, with a potential path to graduate roles.

Formación

• Penultimate or final year in a related field (Supply Chain, Business/Management, Engineering).
• Eligible for a full-time internship of 3–6 months.
• Proficient in English and the local language of Spain (CEFR C1).

Responsabilidades

• Complete high-priority projects to the highest standard and deliver results.
• Analyze data to identify operational challenges and improvement opportunities.
• Propose and test solutions with the team to implement the best option.
• Develop communication and teamwork with managers, stakeholders, and frontline associates.
• Move around the facility to engage with various teams and attend briefings.
• Navigate the workspace and adapt to different areas as needed.
• Be flexible to work various schedules and shift patterns.
