Amazon Operations is seeking interns for an Operations Internship program starting January 2027. This role offers early access to available positions, priority locations and flexible interview scheduling across Spain, with all internships conducted on-site.

As an Intern, you will work on high-impact projects within Fulfillment Centers, Sortation Centers and Delivery Stations, applying analytics to improve operations and delivering results alongside managers and frontline teams.

Formación

• Currently in your penultimate or final year and pursuing a university degree in Supply Chain, Business/Management, Engineering or related field.
• Eligible to complete a full-time internship of 3-6 months.
• Highly proficient in both spoken and written English and the local language of the country you are applying for (CEFR C1).

Responsabilidades

• Completing high-priority projects to the highest standard, demonstrating your ability to deliver results.
• Analyzing data to identify operational challenges and opportunities for improvement.
• Proposing and testing solutions, collaborating with the team to implement the most effective ones.
• Developing communication and teamwork skills by working with managers, stakeholders, and frontline associates.
• Be on the move within the building to engage with various teams and participate in pre-briefs and flow meetings.
• Display flexibility to work various schedules and shifts; potential relocation may be required.
