Champ Cargosystems is seeking an experienced Lead Developer to provide technical oversight and mentorship for the Java development teams. You will translate designs into clean code and collaborate with PMs, POs, BAs, and support to deliver integrated solutions.

The role requires strong Java expertise (Spring Boot, REST, design patterns) and hands-on leadership in Scrum/DevOps environments, with SQL databases and CI/CD tool familiarity. Flexible locations in Europe considered.

Formación

• 7+ years of hands-on Java development experience.
• 3+ years in Lead Developer or Technical Lead roles.
• Experience across Linux, Windows, AWS environments.
• Experience with SVN/Tortoise, Eclipse, Maven, and CI/CD tools.

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical oversight, leadership, and mentorship to development teams.
• Translate designs into clean, maintainable code across analysis, design, programming, testing, and support.
• Collaborate with Project Managers, Product Owners, Team Leads, Business Analysts, and Technical Support to deliver integrated solutions.
• Champion code quality, perform unit testing, and document technical projects.
• Participate in system migration planning and provide on-site or off-site production support.
• Ensure status reports reflect updates and issues across active programs.
