Aircall is a unicorn AI-powered customer communications platform with teams worldwide, including Madrid. We’re expanding our engineering capacity to build scalable backend services and delightful user experiences across voice, messaging, and AI features.

Formación

• Minimum 6 years of backend development experience.
• Proficiency in React, Typescript and Node.js.
• Experience with observability tools such as Datadog, CloudWatch, Prometheus.

Responsabilidades

• Enhance our product by implementing new features and improving existing ones.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, design and QA to deliver a high-quality product.
• Write clean, scalable code and test/deploy features and systems.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions.
• Build tooling to speed up development processes.
• Develop and maintain unit tests to ensure code quality.
• Contribute to decisions about tech stack, processes, and UX.
