Formación

  • Prior working experience in a hotel or restaurant is valuable.

Job Summary

The Front Office trainee will be able to fully experience the front services of the Nobu Hotel Barcelona with a hands‑on approach. After completing this program, the trainee will have learned how a real front services operation is managed with first‑hand experience and will be fully immersed in the Nobu culture.

Essential Functions
  • Learn all aspects of the Nobu hotel Barcelona and all pertaining points of interest of the destination.
  • Learn hotel room categories and basic information on outlets menus.
  • Learn and perform all technical aspects of front services: how to check in/check out guests, do rooms move, upsell rooms, allocate rooms, balance inventory, deliver luggage and packages, handling dining transfer reservations, etc.
  • Learn and execute shift opening and closing procedures.
  • Collect guest preferences and prepare for all VIP arrivals.
  • Learn how to handle and efficiently resolve guest incidents and internal breakdowns.
Requirements
  • Education: Currently studying hospitality management.
  • Experience: Prior working experience in a hotel or restaurant is valuable.
  • Technical skills: Must have basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, Word. Micros a plus but not a must.
  • Communication: Must be fluent in English and Spanish.
