A global support organization in Spain is seeking a Customer Service Representative fluent in French. You will assist customers with insurance-related services, explain warranty terms, and ensure excellent service. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of tele-sales experience, strong negotiation skills, and is comfortable using Microsoft Office and CRM tools. This role offers competitive salary, high commissions, and the ability to work in a hybrid or remote capacity.

Your Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound calls in French, assisting customers with insurance-related services.
  • Answer calls from consumers who have recently purchased an appliance and wish to register it.
  • Collect and confirm all necessary details to complete the product registration.
  • Explain the legal warranty terms, introduce consumer insurance, and offer additional coverage options.
  • Apply effective sales techniques, address objections professionally, and guide customers through the insurance process.
  • Maintain excellent customer service standards, adapt to changes, and work towards set targets.
  • Provide valuable feedback on process improvements and best practices.
  • Ensure accurate data entry for client registrations and insurance offerings.
  • Follow compliance guidelines and company policies.
Your profile
  • Fluent in French , with a good command of English and Spanish (B1 level) .
  • Customer-oriented with a friendly and professional approach.
  • Minimum 1 year of (tele)sales experience with strong negotiation skills.
  • Dynamic, detail-oriented, diplomatic , and an excellent communicator.
  • Team player with a proactive attitude and a passion for delivering great customer service.
