Job summary

Grupo EULEN in Madrid is seeking French native speakers to join our Madrid Production Hub office. You will recruit doctors, invite them to market research studies, and engage panelists to maximize participation.

You will use multiple communication channels and handle translations of text passages as needed. Great attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and professional telephone/email communication are essential.

Qualifications

• French native speaker required.
• Good working knowledge of English for trainings, meetings and internal communications.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent and professional communication skills (telephone and email).
• Analytical skills.
• Experience working for multinational corporations is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Recruit doctors and follow-up on their participation. Create doctor's engagement.
• Call doctors to invite them to our market research studies and join our panel of healthcare professionals.
• Initiate follow-up calls with panelists to achieve maximum participation rate.
• Ensure expected participation rates amongst your assigned pool of doctors by using different communication channels and arguments.
