Grupoconstruyendoempleo is seeking an enthusiastic recruiter to join our Madrid Production Hub. The role focuses on engaging doctors for market research panels, with a strong emphasis on French language skills and professional communication.

You will coordinate calls and communications to maximize doctor participation, maintain high attention to detail, and support translations and documentation as needed. This position is full-time and office-based in Madrid.

Qualifications

• Native French speaker required.
• Good working knowledge of English.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills (telephone and email).
• Analytical skills.
• Experience working for multi-national corporations is an advantage.
• Further tasks include documentation, mailings, troubleshooting and translations.

Responsabilités

• Recruit doctors and follow-up on their participation.
• Create doctor's engagement.
• Call doctors to invite them to market research studies and join our panel of healthcare professionals.
• Initiate follow-up calls with panelists to achieve maximum participation rate.
• Ensure expected participation rates amongst your assigned pool of doctors using various channels.
