Job summary

Velora in Madrid is hiring for a full-time role at our Madrid Production Hub to recruit French-speaking doctors for market research studies. You will engage doctors, invite them to participate, and manage follow-ups to maximize participation rates using multiple communication channels.

The ideal candidate is a native French speaker with good English, excellent attention to detail, strong organizational and communication skills, and analytical abilities.

Qualifications

• Native French speaker
• Good working knowledge of English for trainings and meetings
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent and professional communication skills (telephone and email)
• Analytical skills
• Experience working for multinational corporations is an advantage
• Documentation, mailings, troubleshooting and translations may be required

Responsibilities

• Recruit doctors and follow-up on their participation; create doctor engagement
• Call doctors to invite them to market research studies and join our panel of healthcare professionals
• Initiate follow-up calls with panelists to achieve maximum participation rate
• Ensure participation rates within your assigned pool using different communication channels and arguments
