Domestiko.Com in Madrid is seeking French native speakers to join our market research hub. You will recruit doctors and manage their participation across studies, using calls and emails to maximize engagement within a multinational team.

The role requires native French, strong English, and excellent communication skills. You will handle documentation, translations, and follow-ups, contributing to robust participant engagement.

Qualifications

• French native speaker required.
• Good working knowledge of English.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent and professional communication skills (telephone and email).
• Analytical skills.
• Experience working for multi-national corporations is an advantage.

Responsabilités

• Recruit doctors and follow-up on their participation.
• Call doctors to invite them to our market research studies and join our panel of healthcare professionals.
• Initiate follow-up calls with panelists to achieve maximum participation rate.
• Ensure expected participation rates amongst your assigned pool of doctors by using different communication channels and arguments.
• Support documentation, mailings, troubleshooting and translations as needed.
