Job summary

IQVIA in Madrid is seeking a French native speaker to recruit doctors into a research panel and nurture ongoing participation in market research studies. You will establish trust with Healthcare Professionals, invite them to join studies, and guide them through questionnaires.

The role focuses on engagement, follow-up calls, and maintaining up-to-date records. English skills are required for trainings and internal communications. This is a full-time position at our Madrid Production Hub.

Qualifications

• French native speaker required.
• Good working knowledge of English.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent and professional communication skills (telephone and email).
• Analytical skills.
• Experience working for multi-national corporations is an advantage.
• Further tasks would be documentation, mailings, troubleshooting and translations of text passages.

Responsibilities

• Recruit doctors and follow-up on their participation. Create doctor's engagement.
• Call doctors to invite them to our market research studies and join our panel of healthcare professionals.
• Initiate follow-up calls with panelists to achieve maximum participation rate.
• Ensure expected participation rates amongst your assigned pool of doctors by using different communication channels and arguments.
