- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction
- Stay informed about new products, promotions, and policies to deliver accurate information to customers

Requirements
- Fluency in French (both written and spoken); a command of English is beneficial
- Experience in customer service, ideally in an international or dynamic environment
- Strong communication skills with a focus on providing excellent customer service experience
- Ability to resolve conflicts and provide effective solutions to customer inquiries
- Proficient in using CRM systems and familiar with standard office applications
