Job summary

PIB Group's Acquinex is expanding its European underwriting platform to build a dedicated team for the French market, inviting Junior to Senior Underwriters to contribute to W&I, tax, title and contingent risk across cross-border M&A.

You will work with brokers, legal advisers and clients to tailor bespoke insurance solutions, participate in underwriting, deal processes, and market development, and mentor others within a collaborative, entrepreneurial environment.

Qualifications

• Underwriting background or related transactional risk field.
• Experience with M&A or tax structuring is a plus.
• Strong communication and drafting skills.
• French and English fluency required (other European languages a plus).

Responsibilities

• Assess and structure various transactional risks.
• Support the full underwriting process from submission to policy issuance.
• Build trusted relationships with brokers, advisors and clients.
• Contribute to market development and underwriting strategy for the French market.
• Mentor or learn within a collaborative team.
• Help shape Acquinex's European growth journey within PIB Group.
